About Us

 Our business has now closed
Thank you to all of our customers over the past few years.  It's been fun!  We hope you have enjoyed the products we've made.  Perhaps the shop will return again one day in the future.
Best wishes, Jonathan & Mike

Our mission is to provide beautiful products inspired by the turning of the year, to enhance your relationship with the natural world.

Our Reiki practice is rooted in the unconditional offering of this healing energy, to bring peace and relaxation to mind, body and spirit.

Hello, I am a practitioner of the original, traditional Japanese form of Reiki.  Reiki is a transforming method of helping body, mind and spirit, helping to restore you to a state of natural balance and wellbeing.

I have received training in both the Western and traditional Japanese forms of Reiki.  I am qualified to Okuden level in the Japanese system which is the equivalent to Reiki II (Practitioner) level in the Western system.

I am also qualified in counselling skills to the nationally recognised Post Graduate Certificate level.  This enables me to listen effectively but note that I can not provide pure counselling.

I am passionate about the environment and about emotional and spiritual wellbeing for all people.

I am committed to personal professional development and always strive for the highest standards.

I am an Awenydd of the Anglesey Druid Order and a member of the Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids, through which, I have have found a way to better express my love of the Divine, of nature and of my connection to the land. There are many paths but I believe they all lead to the One source.

I have been on the pagan path for more than 25 years. During that time I have been fortunate to learn from a number of highly skilled blenders of incense and oils. I have extensive experience at blending a wide range of incenses for a number of purposes including all for planetary, angelic, seasonal and deity purposes.

I collect many of the incense ingredients where possible from local woodlands, mountains and meadows. These include berries, natural resins, flowers, woods and barks. The ingredients are blended according to ancient and traditional methods. My blending also takes account of the phases of the moon when relevant.

Incense making is a very rewarding experience. I am able to create a blend for many specific reasons, so if you would like to contact me then we can discuss your specific requirement.

I am also an Awenydd of the Anglesey Druid Order and a member of the Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids.

Our Green Credentials

Green Energy

All the energy we use is 100% Green.

Green Electricity - Made from the elements; the Wind, the Sun and the Sea.

Green Gas - Made from food waste and from algae.

Container Recycling Initiative

We ask our customers to return their empty Greenwood Spirit jars in exchange for 50p off their next purchase for each item returned.

We ensure that the container is thoroughly cleaned before putting it back into good use.  Containers that can't be thoroughly cleaned and reused will be given to the local authority for recycling.

Local ingredients

As Druids, we take great care in the preparation of our products and, where possible, collect our ingredients from nature with reverence.  Obviously, we are not blessed with Boswellia and Commiphora trees etc. growing in Wales, so some things have to come from further afield.

We buy organic herbs where possible.  We only buy natural essential oils, never synthetic.

Organic Waste Recycling

We recycle all of our organic waste from our kitchen, either by making our compost or through the local authority composting scheme,

General Recycling

We recycle all plastic, metal and paper waste.

Through druidry, we show respect and try to protect the earth and all of life on it.

We are actively involved in campaign groups against nuclear power, 'fracking' and the killing of wild animals.

We actively support renewable energy as a way to give us clean power that does no harm,

We support many charities that help to protect and preserve the environment.
